1. The following is La Captura teaching-portfolio builder Agreement between you, the Attendee, and Foolishly Rushing In, the instructors of La Captura teaching-shootout. *
2. La Captura teaching-portfolio builder fees are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued. If life events come up, cost of shootout can be transferred to another shootout date, or person if you find a replacement person for your ticket. *
3. Foolishly Rushing In reserves the right to cancel any shootout. Should an alteration or cancellation become necessary, Attendee will have the choice of accepting the change, attending an alternative shootout, or withdrawing from the contract and accepting a refund of all payments paid to Foolishly Rushing In. *
4. In the event of Foolishly Rushing In being unable to attend due to illness or other circumstances beyond our control, the Shootout will be cancelled and the provisions of clause 3 will come into effect. *
5. By attending this shootout, you hereby give permission for images taken of yourself to be used for promotion for future shootouts by Foolishly Rushing In and/or La Captura. (optional)
6. Foolishly Rushing In and/or La Captura shall be held harmless for any and all injury and/or illness to Attendee, Attendee's business, and/or attendee’s equipment during the course of the Shootout and the immediately surrounding events. This includes any COVID related issues. *
7. For the benefit and safety of all attendees you will bring a face mask, remain 6-feet apart from other attendees not within your household, and wash hands regularly. There will be 3 groups of attendees shooting at the same time in 3 different areas of the venue so we are adhering to social distancing rules and still creating an environment where you will have plenty of time shooting/directing. *
8. You may not submit any images and/or videos to publications and/or featured accounts. Images are intended to be used by you for promoting your business, building your portfolio, via website, social media, print, etc… Additionally you may not use the images for re-sale i.e. stock images, commercial brands, etc… *
